The physical scope of the project includes the energy upgrade of the building of the Town Hall of the Municipality of Platanias with actions/interventions that will lead to the energy upgrade of the building unit with the ultimate aim of saving energy and resources, reducing operating costs and reducing the environmental footprint of CO2.

The proposed interventions consist of:

• Installation of a photovoltaic system with energy offsetting (net metering)
• Heat Pump Installation.
• Replacement of existing luminaires with new LED technology.
• Installation of a BEMS energy management system
• Installing Thermal Insulation for Dome
• Placement of sun protection membranes in the roof opening.

Also, under the project, energy consultancy services and energy inspections will be provided for the building of the Town Hall of the Municipality of Platanias.
