The physical scope of the Act includes the energy upgrade of the building of the Municipal House in Alikianos, Platanias Municipality, with actions/interventions that will lead to the energy upgrade of the building unit with the ultimate aim of saving energy and resources, reducing operating costs and reducing the environmental footprint of CO2.

The proposed interventions consist of:

• Shell insulation with the system of thermoprospectus
• Installation of a photovoltaic system with energy offsetting (net metering)
• Replacing the lamps of the luminaires with new LED technology.
• Installation of ceiling fans
• BEMS system installation
• Installation of shading systems in selected openings

Also, under the project, energy consultancy services and energy inspections will be provided for the building of the Municipal House in Alikianos.

Contract/Duration/Amount: 5-9-2022/ 6 months/ 90.066,49 € (including VAT.)
