The physical scope of the project includes the energy upgrade of the building of the Voukolies High School of the Municipality of Platanias with actions/interventions that will lead to the energy upgrade of the building unit with the ultimate aim of saving energy and resources, reducing operating costs and reducing the environmental footprint of CO2.

The proposed interventions consist of:

• Replacement of three windows on the floor of the building.
• Heat pump replacement
• Heating system replacement (piping, fancoils type radiators)
• Installation of a photovoltaic system with energy offsetting (net metering)
• Replacement of luminaires with new LED technology.
• BEMS system installation
• Exterior painting of the entire shell with thermosetting paints

Also under the project will be provided Consultancy Services for energy issues and energy inspections for the building of the Gymnasium – Lyceum Voukolies of the Municipality of Platanias.

Contract/Duration/Amount: 14-03-2022/ 365 days/ 174.083,65 € (including VAT.)
