The physical object of the operation concerns the restoration of the building of the Metochi Isikhaki in the Local Community of Alikianos of the Municipality of Platanias, which is a declared newer monument. The building to be restored has an area of 919,67 m² and is located within a plot of land of 2.288,38 m². The implementation of the project of restoration of the monument includes building and electromechanical works, landscaping works of the surrounding area of the building and its equipment, in order to enable the operation of new uses of cultural, recreational and educational character that will be hosted in it. The physical scope of the project also includes the preparatory work for the preparation of the studies for the completion of the restoration project and the technical support for the implementation of the project. In addition, it includes the promotion and publicity actions of the project through the creation of a website informing the public about the programme of activities and events that will take place in the building, as well as the creation of leaflets with information about the site and its operation.
